Cascade Platinum ActionPacs


I got to try Cascade Platinum ActionPacs for free thanks to BzzAgent!

I have to confess that I was guilty of pre-rinsing every single item that went into the dishwasher, even glasses! I can say that I no longer have to do that since using Cascade Platinum ActionPacs. The dishes come out sparkling clean. There is no food stuck on any of the dishes. I even put them to the test by not pre-rinsing the stuck on oatmeal and cheese that was on them, and every single dish came out sparkling clean! Your plastic and glass come out perfectly clean and shiny with no water spots, and the dishwasher is even clean.

I even went back to using my old dishwasher tabs to do a comparison. Not only did some of the dishes still have food stuck on them, there were water spots on the glass and plastic, and the dishwasher looked cloudy, and not clean. I had to hand-wash the dishes with the stuck on food. What's the point of using a dishwasher then? Not impressed at all.

I am definitely making the permanent switch to Cascade Platinum ActionPacs. There really is no comparison.

Stayfree Challenge

Do you remember those Stayfree pad commercials where they poor the blue dye onto the pads? I certainly do, and had always wanted to try it. Thanks to Journeys of the Zoo , I got the chance! I signed up on her blog, and was sent a Stayfree kit to try out at home for the #StayfreeChallengeContest . It was exactly like they showed in the commercials. Put the Stayfree pad on one side, put the competitor's pad on the other, pour blue dye onto both, wait 30 seconds for the pad to absorb the liquid, then use the blotting paper to see how much the pad had soaked up. Stayfree is the clear winner! If you've ever thought about switching brands, maybe this will help. Here are my results:
